Working with Hestad Law
After you hire us, your stress will be reduced as we take over communications with the insurance companies.  We will also take over requesting the information needed to document your medical claim and lost wage claim, so you can concentrate on healing from your injuries.

DEFINITION OF CONTINGENT FEE CONTRACT:
The Hestad Law contingent fee contract is a two-page document, and we will spend time during the initial meeting explaining it line by line.  A contingent fee means that you pay nothing up front but you agree to share the amount obtained for your injury with Hestad Law.  At the end of the meeting, you can choose to sign the contract or to take the contract home to think about it.  There is no pressure either way.  Once the contract is signed, the attorney-client relationship is established and we will begin working on your case.
