More About Matthew S. Kaiser
Matt brings a breadth of work experience to Hestad Law as an associate attorney since July, 2007. Most recently, he worked for two years in Minneapolis at Thomson West, a leading publisher of legal research and reference materials.
Matt spent his first year out of law school with a small law firm in Orange County, California, representing design professionals in construction defect matters. During law school, he clerked for a firm in Colorado and had the opportunity to write demand letters and draft pleadings and motions for injured clients. Prior to law school, Matt worked as an economic analyst for several years. He also was a consultant for a firm that provided professional services to sports teams, conferences and leagues, as well as a number of media entities. Matt’s experience in economic analysis is particularly beneficial in determining the value of cases involving wage loss, loss of self employment income and/or loss of careers due to injuries.
Matt is currently licensed to practice law in Wisconsin, California and Minnesota.
